All parts are stocked in Ithaca, NY, USA, we offer same day shipment for all orders placed before 3pm EST.
Most non‑electronic parts are guaranteed for 12 months or 500hrs, whichever comes first ; electronics for 90 days. (see warranty page for exact details and limitations)
We prefer to design and stock completely custom solutions whenever possible. Many replacement parts are direct-fit upgrades and intended to be higher quality than the original.
